  • Yes. Our planning fee reflects the time, care, and expertise we invest in designing your perfect trip. It’s based on the complexity of your itinerary and will be quoted 24-48 hours after the complimentary discovery call. Think of it as a small investment in a worry-free, expertly crafted travel experience.

  • During your trip, you will have access to our mobile app, with all your trip details in one centralized place: 

    • Travel documents (passport, etc.) 

    • At-a-glance itinerary showing daily schedules, confirmation numbers, addresses, activity details etc.

    • Real-time updates: flight updates, push notifications about cancellations or gate changes.

    • Easy communication with your travel agent during your trip if the need arises

  • We strongly recommend travel insurance and can connect you with trusted providers to protect your investment. Insurance can cover everything from delays and cancellations to medical emergencies—giving you peace of mind every step of the way.  We will always quote your insurance as a line item so you can weigh your options and decide for yourself.
